Ankle Shankle's relationship is considered significantly more messed up as Codex was her adoptive father-figure, while Christian was just Binkle's neighbor and arguably the victim in their scenario. Codex and Christian were also coincidentally both nicknamed Sam's "special little boys", which he immediately regretted both times.
