In the densely packed big city legitimate businessmen are stiffled by not only law enforcement, but their rival families. We're tasked with building our legitimate business empire from scratch, selling whatever contraband and bootlegged products we can get our hands on, then expanding out, neighbourhood by neighbourhood, until control of the big city is firmly in the boss's hands.
