Introduction

After the great war, a nuclear catastrophe struck the world. Those caught in the radiation became mindless zombies, existing only to destroy. Cities were destroyed and civilisation collapsed. The Galactic Imperium wrote the planet off as condemned and ordered the Superweapon "Murder Sun" to wipe the planet out.

From the faction that caused the great apocalypse there were two survivors. Can we survive literally thousands of raging, undead, zombies and turn the abandoned cities of the Rim into fortresses capable of repelling the undead horde?

It took four attempts to have a successful colony.
- The first attempt ended when Donitz Benger accidentally shot and killed Igor Throog during episode #1.
- The second attempt failed after the deaths of both Battery Man and Wrencher.
- When the series restarted in episode #4 it featured three new starting colonists - Bigbrain Delicious, Shaun Redman, and Dave Smegma. This attempt ended in episode #5 following the deaths of Shaun and Dave.
- The final attempt started in episode #6 and featured Richard "Rick" Crimes, Bertha Biggly, and the returning Bigbrain Delicious as starting colonists.
